Blenners Transport began with humble beginnings and a big commitment to getting the job done right. Founded in 1988 by Les and Judy Blennerhassett, the business started with a single truck delivering bananas across North Queensland. What began as a small operation quickly grew into one of the region’s most trusted transport and logistics companies.
Les and Judy built Blenners Transport on the values that still guide the business today – hard work, reliability, and genuine customer service. As demand increased, the fleet expanded steadily, driven by a strong reputation for showing up, meeting deadlines, and treating every load with care.
Over the past three decades, Blenners has grown into a leading provider of refrigerated and dry freight solutions, supporting growers, manufacturers and major businesses across Australia. With depots and operations spanning key transport routes, Blenners continues to play a critical role in keeping supply chains moving – particularly for time-sensitive freight.
Today, Blenners remains proudly family-owned and operated, with the next generation now actively involved. Les and Judy’s sons, Ben and Roger, are helping lead the business forward, continuing the family legacy while investing in modern equipment, safety, and innovative logistics solutions.

Blenners Transport is fully owned and operated by Les and Judy Blennerhassett along with their two sons Roger and Ben. The values that this brings to the business are a dedication to personal service and a commitment to health and safety of staff.
We employ over 550 staff, 195 primes, 30 road trains, 284 refrigerated vans, 50 rigids and 79 rail containers. This represents a significant size operation that is able to service customers across Australia while retaining a personal touch and commitment to timely and professional service.
