Blenners Transport is seeking a professional and organised Transport Administrator to join our team at our Townsville Depot.

The successful applicant will have experience or be willing to learn in a high-volume transport environment, exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high workloads in a fast‑paced environment.

• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Highly motivated professional with a positive, proactive “can do” attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong written correspondence abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process driver paperwork, timesheets, logbooks, and PODs accurately and on time.
• Enter and manage freight jobs, manifests, and customer information.
• Scan, file, and distribute documentation to support daily operations.
• Greet drivers, answer phone calls, and provide customer service support.
• Complete daily freight and pricing checks to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.
• Provide general administrative support to the Depot Manager and team.
