Blenners Transport is seeking a professional and organised Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join the team in Darra. The successful applicant will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Position Requirements

• Previous administration or reception experience highly regarded
• Excellent phone manner and professional communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Strong time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced operations office
• High-speed and highly accurate data entry skills

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers and visitors
• Answer all incoming telephone calls
• Assist with customer enquiries
• Track and trace freight
• High-volume data entry
• Scan and file documentation
• Stationery ordering and inventory upkeep
• Provide administrative support to team members and the Depot Manager
• Ensure high accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks
