Blenners Transport is seeking applications for a Produce & Tranship Operations Coordinator to join the Brisbane (Darra) Depot on a day shift 4 x4 shift basis.

This pivotal role is responsible for coordinating and dispatching northbound and southbound produce freight, equipment, and drivers while ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient daily operations. Reporting to the Depot Manager and Operations Manager, this position is ideal for an experienced transport or logistics professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys operational problem-solving.

The role requires strong coordination, communication, and compliance skills, with a focus on safety, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and refrigerated produce transport.

Position Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in transport, logistics, or produce coordination (or similar role)
• Experience working in a fast‑paced transport or administration environment
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems
• Certificate III in Fatigue Risk Management
• Certificate III – TLIF0005 – Apply a fatigue risk management system (or willingness to obtain)
• Certificate III – TLIF0006 – Administer a fatigue risk management system (or willingness to obtain)
• High Risk Forklift Licence (TLILIC0003) advantageous
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and public holidays as required

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch all northbound and southbound produce freight and tranship loads
• Liaise daily with drivers, customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Allocate drivers, equipment, and subcontractors to meet operational demands
• Prepare and provide daily tranship on‑hand reports by designated deadlines
• Track pallets and freight movements
• Create and maintain inbound and depot load planning reports and spreadsheets
• Monitor and enforce compliance with BFM, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and WHS requirements
• Communicate detailed trip instructions to drivers (temperature, load details, delivery times)
• Answer incoming calls promptly and provide operational support as required
