Local HC/MC Driver - Mareeba

Hired Labour is pleased to be partnering with Blenners Transport in the recruitment of this key role.

Hired Labour is seeking a HC or MC Local PUD Driver to join the Blenners Transport team at the Mareeba depot. This role involves the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of palletised freight, supporting Blenners’ refrigerated transport operations.

Position Requirements

• Must reside within Mareeba district
• Have a current Forklift licence
• Be a motivated and hard-working individual
• 2 years’ experience driving a Road Ranger gear box (HR/HC/MC)
• Have an Assessing Fitness to Drive Medical or be willing to obtain one
• Refrigerated freight experience preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities

• Pick-up and deliver local palletised freight in a timely and safe manner
• Some manual loading/ unloading will be required
• Operate vehicles safely and perform prestart checks
