Transport Administrator / Customer Service Officer - Brisbane

About This Opportunity

Blenners Transport is seeking applications for a Casual Transport Administrator / Customer Service Officer to join our team at the Brisbane (Darra) Depot.

This role requires availability to work Monday to Saturday with various start times from 3am and would suit someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who lives in the local area.

Knowledge or exposure to the transport industry—such as manifesting, con-notes and PODs—would be an advantage, but is not essential, as training will be provided to the right applicant. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond entry level and is ready to take on more ownership with support.

Position Requirements

• Strong data entry and organisational skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Transport industry knowledge an advantage, but not essential
• Must live locally and be reliable and punctual
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required

Key Responsibilities

• General transport administration and customer service support
• Accurate and timely data entry
• Assisting with manifests, consignment notes and proof of delivery (PODs)
• Communicating with customers and internal team members
• Maintaining organised records and documentation
• Supporting daily depot operations as required
