About This Opportunity
Blenners Transport is seeking a Casual Tug Operator/Local Driver out of the depot in Darra. You’ll play a key role in keeping freight moving efficiently across the yard by coordinating trailer movements and supporting loading operations.
Working Friday and Monday as a Local HC/MC Driver and working Saturday and Sunday as a Tug Operator
Position Requirements
- Must hold a minimum HC/MC open licence
- Coupling/Uncoupling trucks and trailers using a yard tug/prime mover
- Constant communication of trailer movements to operations and team members
- General yard duties
- 2 years experience driving a Road Ranger gear box
- Have an Assessing Fitness to Drive Medical or be willing to obtain one
- Refrigerated freight experience preferred but not essential
