Storage Administrator / 2IC - Brisbane

About This Opportunity

Blenners Transport is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Storage Administrator / 2IC to join our Brisbane depot team. In this key role, you will oversee storage administration functions, maintain accurate inventory and customer records, coordinate incoming and outgoing storage movements, and provide leadership support to the Storage Team.

As the second-in-charge to the Storage Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient storage operations, exceptional customer service, and compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Position Requirements

• Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, transport or storage operations preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership capability with the confidence to support and guide a team

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing storage notifications accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Ensure all freight receivals and dispatches comply with company procedures and documentation requirements
• Coordinate container-related activities, including scheduling, destuffing and documentation management
• Provide support, supervision and direction to the Storage Administration Team while acting as Storage Manager when required
