About This Opportunity

Blenners Transport is seeking a Heavy Commercial Vehicle Tyre Fitter to join our workshop team at our Darra depot in Brisbane. You’ll be responsible for inspecting, fitting, and maintaining tyres on heavy vehicles, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficient operations.

Position Requirements

• Experience with heavy commercial vehicles and transport environments (preferred).
• Ability to perform tyre fitting and related tasks safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation and compliance.
• Current valid driver’s licence.
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain tyres on all scheduled vehicles, including pressure checks and wear assessment.
• Perform tyre stripping, fitting, balancing, rotations, and replacements as required.
• Complete accurate job sheets and maintain records for tyre changes and deliveries.
• Conduct weekly tyre stock-takes and prepare cases for capping or refit.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure day shift plans are completed.
