Blenners Transport is seeking a POD Coordinator/Operations Floater to join our administration team at the Tully depot. This role manages weekly invoices, proof of delivery documentation, and provides administrative support as needed.
Position Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in an administration role
- Experience with Microsoft Office software and ERP systems
- Experience in a fast-paced transport environment – preferred
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly for effective communication.
- Process weekly invoices and proof of delivery (POD) documentation for customers.
- Investigate and resolve missing PODs with depots.
- Provide administrative support and assist with customer freight requirements.
- Assist customers with freight requirements by understanding their needs and requirements
- Enter all freight jobs in a timely manner ensuring absolute accuracy in pricing, freight information and the recording of customer reference numbers at all times
- Manifest freight in a timely manner while ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed prior to departure
- Ensure driver envelopes are correctly completed and contain all required information prior to departure
- Costing and checking manifests
- Update the daily Load Plan as loading is planned and completed
